The Purpose of Our Products

Though the laws are changing in favour of marijuana proponents worldwide, the germination and cultivation of marijuana seeds remains illegal in some countries.  We offer a selection of top quality strains and products by well-known brands as collectible souvenirs for adults over the age of 18 in South Africa, or the age of majority in the country you call home.

Regional Laws

In agreeing to purchase products from Motherland Genetics, we assume that our customers take on the responsibility of using our products within the confines of the law in their region. Laws dictating ownership, use, cultivation, and even reciprocity will vary from state to state, and country to country. It’s the responsibility of the customer to know what is and isn’t allowed when it comes to marijuana in their area.

Motherland Genetics is not responsible for shipments that have been seized or intercepted during delivery by customs in countries or areas where marijuana seed possession is considered illegal.

Additionally, if we feel that our customers are germinating, planting, or harvesting our products in countries where the sale, use, and dissemination of marijuana – whether medicinal or recreational – has been banned, we reserve the right to refuse the sale.

Payments

All payments are to be made payable to Motherland Genetics

Refunds

Refunds can be requested up until the point when items are shipped. Once the item(s) has shipped, no refund request or exchanges will be accepted.

Returns

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns at this time.
